This is a modified version of a rundown I often give before real sessions to make sure people are prepared. Makes it feel more intimate and starting a trance the same exact way each time builds familiarity anchors to drag you deep and powerfully into relaxation. It can be placed at the start of playlists as an induction, or inserted into the middle of a playlist to remind a deep person to check their status: thirsty? hungry? need to go to the bathroom? If you plan very long training playlists, this can be a helpful piece to break up the intensity so you can take care of yourself… And be ready to go deeper the next time.
